Hello everyone, as the title says, the rigby rewrite is now live!

There are most definitely a few bugs I haven’t caught yet, and there aren’t too many new features just yet, and its certainly not very polished, but I decided to release what I have so far, as all the functionality of the previous site version is here.

The most noticeable new change is probably markdown support. This is something that was requested by several people, so here you go! Other than that, not much is different.

In the next few days I’ll hopefully be polishing up what we have so far working, and then implementing more heavily requested features (like post editing). I may also be doing some posts on my process of the rewrite, and how I plan to circumvent common problems with SPA web-apps. I think I’ve done an OK job with keeping bloat to a minimum, but more on that later…
